Russell Coats leads Talent Acquisition for Skyward Specialty and joined the organization in August of 2020. After gaining his first exposure to recruiting while serving in the US Navy, he has amassed over 25 years of broad-based experience in the space and has held Talent Acquisition leadership roles across various industries including: Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Power Generation, Industrial Gases, Manufacturing, and Insurance.
