Shane Hutsen began his insurance career in 2013, shortly after graduating from college. He’s spent much of that time in the Learning and Development realm, working to build opportunities to attract and retain employees to environments they want to be a part of. Since joining Skyward Specialty in September 2021, he’s dedicated much of his time to helping to build the company we’ve always wanted to work for
